BOOKING A TREATMENT

It is your duty to read the information on this page prior to scheduling an appointment online.

Booking a Treatment

Treatments can be scheduled through the office or through our online booking platform. We encourage you to book through our office, as we typically have access to more availability than that displayed on the online platform.

Should you choose to use our online booking platform, you must accept that we reserve the right to move your appointment time in increments of up to 30 minutes. (For example: if you book yourself for a 1:00 pm appointment, you understand that the start time may be pushed to 12:30 or 1:30pm). You will be notified of such changes. If your schedule does not permit such changes, then we suggest that you schedule your appointment with our office via phone or email.

Whether you choose to book online or through our office, a deposit of $25.00 will be collected upon booking for all new clients. The $25.00 will be applied to the cost of the service. If you are using the online booking platform to schedule yourself for a treatment WITHOUT an in-person consult, you must be sure to select a service that says ‘NEW CLIENT’ in front of it. We add extra time the all ‘NEW CLIENT’ treatments to make sure that we have time to discuss any questions. A NEW CLIENT treatment is essentially a treatment and consult all in one.

A Note on Consent Forms

Upon booking, you will be required to fill out consent forms relevant to your treatment. This paperwork is good for 6 months. It is YOUR responsibility to fully read all paperwork. 

In the event that we need to cancel your procedure day-of due to your oversight regarding the information on the consent paperwork, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Cancelation Policy

We pride ourselves on being reasonable with cancelations. But please understand that because our services typically require some level of planning, filling a last-minute opening is a challenge on our end. That said, we adhere to a strict 48-hr cancellation policy. Should you cancel a treatment within the 48-hour window, a fee of $100.00 will be charged to the card on file. Should you cancel a consultation within the 48-window, you be charged the remaining $25.00.
